We're giving orphans, children and young people in need a perspective for the future – what about you?

The Association Phuket Direct Fund supports people in the who got forced into emergencies by the tide desaster in the thai areas Kao Lak, Krabi, Phuket and Phang Nga. The association was created on January 6 2005 on initiative by Niklaus Siegrist, AIG Private Bank, Zurich, Uschi and Karl Passen, Passen & Partner, Zollikon, Rainer Landert, Fund-Academy, Zurich as well as Romana and Thomas Hauser, HDK Haus der Kommunikation, Zollikon.

For 2006 and the subsequent years the Association Phuket Direct Fund concentrates particularly on central and long-term support of orphans as well as children and young people in emergency in Phuket and surrounding areas. Besides that the following aid projects are to be considered: Support of the Phuket Women's Club and North Andaman Tsunami Relief for the education of orphans, children and young people as well as punctual support of the Children's Happy Home Center in Patong Beach, opened in spring 2006.
